10/23 Seminole Express Update

StarMetro blue and white buses are on the Garnet, Gold, Osceola, and Tomahawk routes today. These buses will not appear on FSU TransLoc routes. However, they will now appear on StarMetro routes in TransLoc (just click the "Routes" icon and scroll down to the bottom of the route list). The refresh rate of StarMetro routes is slower than the FSU routes.
